Always use correct size SIM card:

1. Please do not use 'manually cutted SIM card' or 'cutted SIM card with a SIM card adapter', otherwise it may cause the following damage/issue:
a. damage the SIM card slot
b. device cannot read SIM card properly or cause lose network connection
c. SIM card cannot be removed (difficult to remove), or/and damage the SIM card slot when you remove SIM card

2. Please do not plug in or remove SIM card when device is on. You can switch off the device, then install SIM card, and then switch on.
